Here are the staples that I always have on hand. These are items I usually buy in larger quantities because I know how often they are used. If these items are in the cabinet, I only have to purchase the main ingredients for my meals each week. These “Pantry Items” will be on the grocery list generated from the meals you choose. If you have the items in your pantry, simply delete them from your list.
