Slow Cooked Apple Cider Pork Roast - Just had to tell you this dish was amazing! I wonder if it would be as good with apple juice when apple cider is not in season. My family said the meat was as good as Corky's - I must have gotten a good cut of meat, but for me it was a compliment to know I can cook at resaurant quality and save money!

My whole family loves Faithful Dinners. Every week I print out several of the recipes and together we decide what to have. I don't mind cooking if I have some new and different ideas.
